I arrived in Puerto Viejo and remembered I'd forgotten the most essential item of all, my binoculars! I reached out to Brenda at Vortex on WhatsApp and was blown away with how helpful and knowledgeable she is! I was sent a new pair and they arrived in Puerto Viejo the next DAY!! Absolutely phenomenal service. Thank you so much Vortex team and Brenda.

Muchas gracias a Erick, Brenda y Luisa!

Muchas gracias y saludos cordiales.
